I do the lifestyle for a different reason than I did 3 years ago, for sure. 3 years ago it was solely because I wanted to LOOK better. And it worked for a time, but being an impatient and results driven person, I had to change my outlook in order to remain consistent. Now, I do the lifestyle to be healthy and strong and agile through my 50s and beyond.
