Just to add to this, pay attention to sodium content as well! This also correlates with the serving size on the nutrition label. Many times companies will tell you the protein of a product on the front if say you ate 3 pancakes or whatever other product like cookies etc. BUT…on the serving label they will only give you the information 1 pancake or say half a cookie. This is VERY MISLEADING!
